These Terms of Use for the online store www.pehova.com apply to orders for the purchase of goods offered by Lideyl Coot SRL. For proper use of the website, we recommend that you carefully read the presented Terms. We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms without prior notice.
1. General Provisions
This website is owned by Lideyl Coot SRL. By placing an order in the online store, the buyer accepts the terms of sale of goods/products and/or provision of services based on the legislation of the Republic of Moldova (hereinafter referred to as the Terms) outlined below.Use of the website implies acceptance of the Terms offered by Lideyl Coot SRL in accordance with Law No. 284/2004 on Electronic Commerce. The relationship between the client and the seller is governed by Law No. 105/2003 on Consumer Protection and other related regulations enacted pursuant thereto.
The seller reserves the right to modify these Terms, and the buyer is responsible for keeping track of any changes.
2. Protection of Personal Data
By using the website www.pehova.com, you automatically consent to the collection and processing of personal data necessary for the processing, confirmation, and fulfillment of orders.
Personal data is processed solely for legitimate purposes, such as providing the products you ordered, promotional activities, Google Analytics, cookies, and notifications/newsletters.
All information containing personal data is stored and used only for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, and in accordance with the provisions set forth in Law No. 133/2011 on Personal Data Protection.
We implement commercial security measures to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure proper use of information on the website. However, data transmission over the Internet or wireless networks cannot be fully secured. Therefore, like other companies, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of the information we provide to the Buyer, and the Buyer assumes this risk at their own discretion.
3. Registration and Payment of Orders
Payment for orders can be made by credit or debit card — upon receiving your order, you will receive a receipt confirming the payment.Online payments are processed with maximum security using a payment card as the payment method, enabling safe online transactions. After payment, you will receive a payment confirmation via email.
The payment processor uses a secure system based on the latest version of the 3D-Secure security standard, which represents a new global approach to authenticating buyers in secure online transactions. To complete a payment, you must enter your bank card details. This information is transmitted with all necessary security measures in place. The data is encrypted during transmission and stored only on a specialized payment system server.
4. Delivery of Goods / Products / Services
After placing an order, the buyer is provided with information about the estimated delivery date by couriers or the delivery service. Delivery within the municipality of Chișinău is carried out within 72 hours after the order is confirmed by our operators. Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM and are free of charge.
The delivery time may be extended in certain circumstances (e.g., adverse weather conditions, holidays, unforeseen technical issues, etc.). We will notify you in advance if any such situation arises.
You may choose any delivery address — home, office, or any other — at no additional cost. We accept only one delivery address per order. If you need to deliver orders to different addresses, please place separate orders for each address. Upon receiving the goods, please check the integrity of the packaging and the receipt in the presence of the courier. Any subsequent claims regarding these matters will not be accepted.
Delivery within the territory of the Republic of Moldova is carried out within 2-3 days by the postal service “Nova Post” and is free of charge. Delivery is not available on Sundays and national holidays.
5. Right of Return
In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 105-XV dated March 13, 2013, on Consumer Protection, the Buyer has the right to return purchased goods for certain reasons within 14 days from the date of payment. Refunds are made to the card used for the purchase.Sample goods are non-exchangeable and non-returnable in accordance with Appendix No. 2 of Government Decision No. 1465 dated December 8, 2003 (Official Monitor 248-253/19.12.2003), as amended by Government Decision No. 1188 dated November 2, 2007 (Official Monitor 175/09.11.2007).

In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 133/2011 on Personal Data Protection, the service provider processes personal data. Personal data is used exclusively for the purposes of website administration, providing access to specific information, order delivery, or contacting the consumer to fulfill the delivery. Users and consumers hereby confirm that their personal data (first name, last name, phone number, address, and mailing address) will be processed and used. The service provider processes the personal data of users and consumers provided during browsing, use, and registration on the website www.pehova.com.
